Messaging/Notifications

We provide email and/or sms notifications at the following process points:

Registration, first order booking confirmation, subsequent booking reminders (day before route day), driver starting route (opt out available), next stop notification (opt out available), order collected, payment confirmation (including Delivery Packing Note & Tax Invoice), delivery confirmation.

Notifications can be customised in the app provided (see App section below).
